Every morning, you can see your sleep summary on Nest Hub. Or just ask, ‘Hey Google, how did I sleep last night?’.

Sleep Sensing helps you improve the way you sleep with personalised insights and helpful tips. And after getting to know your sleep patterns and habits, it gives you weekly suggestions for more consistent sleep.

With the Google Fit app, you can view your sleep data throughout the day and get helpful tips based on your sleep history. Google Fit also works with health and fitness apps you may already use, so the information that you need is in one place.

At any time, you can turn off Sleep Sensing. You can also turn off the mic with the mic switch.

Your coughing and snoring sound data doesn’t leave the device. Your sleep data is not used for ad personalisation, and you can review and delete it at any time.
